One of the reasons, and it’s a big reason, that I love being at Fitness Ridge so much is because of the trainers. I wish I could take one of them home with me, and I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone that has ever been to the resort feels the same. The trainers believe in me, encourage me, and they challenge me. And it’s not just me, the trainers are invested in every single guest that comes to the resort and is willing to try.
Since I can’t take a trainer home with me and, unfortunately, neither can you, I decided to video some tips to help me at home when things get rough. Of course I will share them with you! Here is a clip from Tiffany, who I have a special love for since she was assigned to run next to me during my first 5k ever last May at the Biggest Loser Resort 5k in Ivins, UT. I wasn’t the fastest runner and I had never done a 5k, but she believed in me the whole time, which helped me believe in myself. Check her out:
