When it comes to fat, making a few simple swap outs. Some of the articles of daily use of unhealthy fats can be replaced are:
For butter or margarine
1. Canola Harvest
2. Olivio
3. Land O Lakes differentials olive or canola
4. Smart Balance, Benecol and Promise
For the mayonnaise:
1. Canola oil or olive oil based mayonnaise
2. Vegenaise
3. Nayonaise
For the vegetable oil:
1. Canola Oil
2. Oliva
3. Enova oil
For the reduction or lard
1. Butter
2. Smart Balance butter mixture (I've found for baking – sticks of butter)
