Monster Mix Cookies
I have to share a dirty little secret … I leftovers. Too much. You see, I often fancy (and believe me, this was long before pregnancy) and I need food now. For example, Doritos. I need it. So I run out, buy a bag, eat a lot, then I'm over it. The almost complete package sit and sit until they are in the back of the box and throw it away. I have this problem by paying more than smaller packets (which bothers me … but I digress), so do not throw much to overcome. I just bought small packages of trail mix from Target, and the monster ate all 6 boxes (which were actually used for John … oops!) In a matter of days. So the next time I went to the goal, I bought a tub of this stuff. No joke, one bathroom. What happened? I lost interest. Ugh. The curse. I'm not one of those people who are struggling through it and eat things I can not care, no, it just sits.
So with this, so I knew I had to be smart. I decided to make cookies in, and ta-da! These tasty little love born. I was a big fan of this recipe. They were soft, buttery and loaded with the goodness of peanut. I hesitated to throw peanuts at all, but it has worked very well! If you do not have the monster, just mix a combination of the ingredients are listed below.
