Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chocolate Cookies

These cookies do not require much of a backstory. You do not need a long explanation of why I did it. All you need to know is that I have to use some buttermilk and next thing you know, these guys were in the oven. And frankly, that is goooooood. But how could not it be? I mean chocolate chip cookies chocolate chip … simply does not complain much.

I sent a few in my work, in part, and John, and of course, ate a little of myself. They were so soft and chocolate. Everyone who loved and wanted me to be the best possible contribution.

Flour 2 cups all-purpose cleaner
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 cup butter
3 / 4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 / 3 cup butter
2 cups chocolate

Getting There:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Melt butter in small microwave bowl.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter (still hot) cocoa powder and beat until very smooth. Beat sugar, vanilla extract and butter. Gradually beat in flour, no streaks of flour remain. Add the chocolate.
Decrease the mass of the ball an inch into prepared pan, so two inches between cookies to allow such a scale.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies around the edges.
Cool for 2-3 minutes on a baking sheet, then transfer to wire with a spatula to cool completely a rack.
