Running requires training, commitment, and a gradual increase in endurance. It may not be the best physical activity for an older age group or for individuals suffering from back, knee or joint pains. It is a high impact activity and the soreness and bruises that come with it are likely to take some time to heal.

When you consider walking, jogging or running speeds, you need to know that eventually consistency will win over speed.
