How to Eyeball Common Portion Sizes
"I think as a nation, we have our perception of what a serving size is lost."
– RD Rebecca Eastep, as cited in The Times and Democrat
This year we bring the U.S. that is part distortion. Oath to correct portion size of foods, not only depends on the food, the portions are so large as they like to be able to pay. I recommend the purchase of small plates and bowls, measuring cups and a food scale for use in 2011. Although I always recommend this article, I know that it is unrealistic that a food scale, etc in the restaurants and the friend to take the parts out. For this reason, here is a list of common food components and tips for taking a look at your portion sizes.
