Dynamic Muscle Building – Steve Reeves’ Other Book on Classic Physique Building!
(Photo above: another book "dynamic." Muscle cover Steve Reeves)
Most people who are interested in the classical construction of the body of Steve Reeves and his book on "Construction of Classical Physics: Natural. Way" But perhaps fewer people know that Steve wrote a book called "dynamic muscle."
This is a very good book which contains many articles that Steve wrote in the Golden Age for some magazines by Joe Weider. The initial chapters begin with the routines of trainers beginners, intermediate and advanced. These chapters are followed by chapters on training (for different parts of the body). The remaining chapters reprinting articles and interviews that Steve did. One of these stories is: "How increased 19 pounds in two weeks" – this is a true story that shows the power of muscle memory when it comes to muscle loss.
The book is by Steve Reeves International Society for the site (see our links) and probably through the regular channels (Amazon.com, etc.) The book was actually published after Steve died, said John Little and George Helmer listed as co-authors. Therefore, there may be some minor changes here and there, coming from John and George and Steve. But when I read the book of original writings, which Steve has in the Golden Age (of which this book is built) to compare, I can say that these additions are very small.
Therefore, if you have changes, making the book! It is a must for any CPB'er!
