So John and I went home from our wonderful vacation recently in Maine. I know this is strange, but two things I love most is when on vacation in a clean house and a home cooked meal. It is something comforting about the combo of the two toward time.
I recently purchased a package of chicken bones from the butcher, she wrapped individually, and puts them in the freezer. I do not know if I've mentioned this before here, but we are so limited freezer space, has been ridiculous. I want a freezer for the garage for my birthday … That's all I want. So needless to say, these chicken breasts are getting a lot of precious space. I decided I had to make a dent in the hideout.
I packed my first day back from vacation dates, so do not pull, why something in the crock pot and come home at home thought it was cooked meals desire? Enter this dinner. John and I loved these two. The whole house smelled amazing and the chicken was very moist and tasty. I was impressed with how nice to see the golden hen it looked as if it were cooked in the oven. The sauce makes it too big. The sauce tastes definitely Marsala, but the mix of herb sauce gives an extra boost. I almost like to have mashed potato chips instead of the oven, it would have been a great sauce of mashed potatoes. This is definitely a winner, we both loved it, and took little or no effort.
